Description

Learn it all about water in the Cévennes: characteristics of the natural environment, thrifty management of water resources, fauna and flora, fishing techniques, local legends...
The maison de l’eau is located in a former mill in Les Plantiers in the Vallée Borgne.
There are 8 rooms to visit + a walk outside of the mill with a nice view of the village.
At last, a room in the the mill is specially designed for kids: activities guided by a beaver.

Guided tour or visit on your own (approx. 1h30). Guidebooks available in various languages.

Guided tours:
From April 7 to May 7: Wednesdays at 3.00
From July 1st to August 31: Tuesdays and Fridays at 4.00, except on Tuesdays: night tours
From October 27 to November 7: Wednesdays at 3.00

Night tours:
Tuesday, July 17: 9.00
Tuesday, August 14: 9.00
